Who runs the review hub

Lola Gonzalez Studio started as a small illustration desk in Kuching and grew into a community of local artisans, art teachers, and custom gift makers. We collect and verify customer feedback so that when you choose a handmade piece or a workshop, you know exactly what to expect before you commit.

  • Verification first Every review is checked

We confirm each submission against a real purchase or service date. No anonymous posts, no copied text, no paid placements. If we cannot trace the order, the review does not go live.

  • Local focus Built for independent makers

Our network covers ceramicists, illustrators, watercolor instructors, and event decorators across Sarawak. We keep the list small on purpose so every listing gets genuine attention from real customers.

  • Plain language Honest tone, no hype

We write summaries the way a neighbor would describe their experience. If a class felt rushed or a mug arrived chipped, that goes in the report too. Balanced feedback helps everyone.

  • Community owned Your story shapes the list

New categories appear when several people ask for them. Personalized gifts, art classes, handmade homeware, custom portraits - the direction comes from what you actually review.

Why this review hub exists

Lola Gonzalez Studio started as a small illustration desk in Kuching, and the review hub grew from the same impulse: when someone buys a handmade mug or books a watercolor class, they deserve to know what the experience actually felt like. We collect verified feedback from real customers, check each story against the order details, and organize it by category so the next person can compare honestly. No paid placements, no edited highlights, just the plain record of what was made, delivered, and received.

Authenticity before volume Every review is matched with a confirmed purchase or service date. If we cannot verify the order, the story stays out of the public feed.
Context with every rating Star counts mean little on their own. Each entry explains what was ordered, how long it took, and how the artisan handled questions along the way.
Categories that guide decisions Handmade goods, custom illustration, art classes, event decor, and personalized gifts each have their own section, so you are not digging through unrelated posts.
Feedback that reaches the studio Critical notes are shared with the relevant maker or instructor. The hub is not a wall of praise; it is a working channel for improvement.
