Verified partner statusA partner badge means the business has completed a short identity check with us. It does not mean we have tested every product or service they offer, and it does not replace your own judgment about fit, price, or timing.

Review ownershipEach review is written by a real customer who purchased or received a service from that partner. We do not allow partners to write their own reviews, and we do not edit the core opinion expressed in a review, only obvious typos or formatting issues.

Star rating contextStar ratings reflect the individual experience of one customer at one point in time. They are not a guarantee of future results. A single low or high rating should be read alongside the written details and the overall pattern of feedback for that partner.

Category placementWe sort reviews into categories like handmade goods, custom illustration, art classes, event decor, and personalized gifts based on what the customer says they purchased. If a partner works across categories, their reviews may appear in more than one place.

Response rightsPartners may reply to a review with a short factual note, for example to clarify a policy or correct a date. Replies are shown directly under the original review and are clearly marked so you can tell who is speaking.

Removal policyWe remove a review only if it violates our content rules, for example spam, hate speech, or a clear privacy breach. We do not remove a review simply because a partner disagrees with the opinion expressed.
